Summary: Our stay was perfectly fine. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough for a short trip, and the staff provided a good level of customer service throughout our visit. The Portofino is exactly what it claims to be: a reliable 2.5 to 3-star resort. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a functional home base near the parks without the luxury price tag.
