Summary: I gave them 2 stars because the staff was great before we got there. They accommodated connecting our 2 rooms. Upon check in there were so many fees including a parking fee where I was given clear instructions on where to park and provided my car details. We did the Disney trip and about midnight I went to get something out of my car and I had a “tow warning” notice on my car. The notice date was wrong, the notice also mentioned that I parked in the wrong lot but I was with “sonesta” and parked next to their Burger joint which is the correct location. When I took the notice inside the gentlemen at the counter tried to help me. He saw that I paid for parking and confirmed I was parked in the right spot. He admitted he was confused about the tow notice. He asked Ichelle about it and she came in hot and with attitude. She was the one that checked me in and while she took my parking fees and car details, she did not fill out the parking card for my car. She continues to make me feel like I did something wrong to earn the tow notice and I had to tell her “how am I supposed to know that I have to put a parking pass card on my dash if I’m not given one?” I mean I paid and provided my car details. Coincidentally , my son was parked next to me, he wasn’t given a parking pass either and didn’t receive a Tow Notice. According to the notice my car would of been towed had I not gone to my car.
