In the stylish 60 sqm L-shaped studio, couples and small families feel at home. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows the sun shines into the apartment all day long and they enjoy direct access to the garden via the terrace.
With great attention to detail, the decor is of high quality and modern design.
At the heart of the studio is the large dining room table, which invites to convivial and long cooking evenings. The comfortable box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) is optically cut off from the living area by a room divider.
On the comfortable sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), you can rest and enjoy the beautiful day on Fehmarn. The TV can provide additional entertainment.
The kitchen is somewhat separated from the living and sleeping area by the shape of the studio. It is fully equipped and offers enough space for cooking together. The separate hallway takes you to the bathroom. The barrier-free shower is very large and offers a touch of wellness in your temporary home. The
maximum occupancy is 4 people.
Casa Marcu is a freestanding apartment house (2 parties), in the middle of a large and green property in Landkirchen. Around the house there is a beautiful sun garden, which offers the perfect starting point for barbecues and sunbathing. On the hammock between the old fruit trees, the day can end well. The neighborhood is very family friendly and well maintained. The most important things for daily needs are within walking distance.
