You will find everything you need for a short or extended stay. It is set up for work or play including a desk and a bar set up .
Enjoy our super comfy Green Tea memory foam mattresses to rest. The space includes three separate, private bedrooms.
I love a place that has the things I didn't remember to bring. Let's face it...no one wants to buy salt and pepper or a huge jar of spices for a short stay. We have tried to think of everything, but if we missed something, let us know and we will get more stuff to make the next guest's stay even better.
We love furry friends and have three in our home. There is a $25 pet stay fee. Just let us know if your furry friends are in tow.
Please note, this is a non-smoking house. Smoking in the house is a $200 charge for deodorization. We welcome pets if you clear your pet's visit with us first. We charge an additional $25 per pet fee for pets. We also ask that you clean up after your pet's unique mess.
All guests have access to the the entire apartment - kitchen, living area and dining room which are super spacious.
We are available by email or through the Airbnb or VRBO app for any issues that arise during your stay. We have staff nearby and we have a property manager that can respond to maintenance issues.
Until I experienced St. Louis, I never would have known what a delightful cultural hub it has become. There is so much to see, I still haven't covered all of the attractions during my many visits. Making matters even better, Saint Louis is a foodie haven. We are super close to the area hospitals and St. Louis University which is just around the corner.
There is lots of public transport in St. Louis and Ubers a plenty. If I wasn't working when I come to the city, I would take Uber everywhere.
There are also lots of buses and a trolley that goes from the city to the Central West End.
If you prefer to rent a car, there is plenty of space to park on Lafayette.
The laundry is in the basement. There is one set of free washer and dryer and a pay washer and dryer for which you will need about $3.00 in quarters for the wash. Laundry soap is under the sink.
