Summary: The house was in a great neighborhood any easy to access. Lots of walking paths and playgrounds for the kids. Pool was great. There were no beach towels or chairs, which we didn’t bring because the listing claimed them. I specifically asked if the dog run was fully enclosed with a top and was told yes. It wasn’t and our escape artist dog did get out but luckily was at the front door when we got home. The front bedroom didn’t have electricity except for one plug and you have to plug in the overheard light. The hall bath lost power totally while we were there. The owner was quick to respond to messages and getting the property manager over to deal with issues. We ended up having an electrician over at the house till about 9:30 at night which was quite inconvenient since we were leaving the next day and he easily could have waited till then. While there are bath towels, there are just enough. One per person. So if you’re like me and like to have a hair towel and a body towel, bring one with you. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and some pantry staples. That was nice. The backyard is great with a fire pit and charcoal grill and table. Overall, not a bad property but definitely needs updating. Wasn’t thrilled with the lack of electricity in half of the rooms but we made due.
