This charming barn conversion property is reached via a quiet tarmac lane, giving the property a lovely secluded feel. Once inside, the main living area is a welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which the owners have thoughtfully dressed in a homely cottage-style with inviting sofa seating, plump cushions, and exposed beams. A Smart TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speakers provide entertainment, whilst the well-equipped kitchen area offers everything that guests will need to make themselves feel at home including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine. One of the bedrooms, a restful room located on the lower ground floor has twin beds which can be made up as a super king-size bed on request. The shower room with WC is also on this floor. The second bedroom is a galleried room with a king-size bed and is accessed via stairs from the living area. The location of this room in the eaves of the property means that there is a sloping ceiling and some reduced head height.
Outside, there is a garden to the rear of the property which has a patio area with a BBQ and seating, beyond which is an enclosed lawn area with views over the surrounding fields.
