Our one-bedroom deluxe SeaCrest villa is really more like a two bedroom given similar square footage as SeaCrest two-bedroom units, tucked-away bunk beds that do not intrude on the living space and are large enough to accommodate adults, and TWO full bathrooms. 1160 square feet of pure luxury that shows like a model after recent significant renovations.
Located on the 2nd floor, our villa is an end unit, which offers additional square footage as well as more windows. A balcony off the living room offers outdoor seating with “lean-over-the-balcony” partial ocean views along with tropical landscaped shrubs, palm trees and a wondrous side parking area. From the front entrance of the villa, there is a master bedroom on the left decorated in a soothing color scheme. There is a king bed, 42 inch flat screen TV, and two dressers. A closet provides storage for your belongings plus extra bedding. The spacious private master bath provides a large soaking tub, dual-sink vanity and separate tiled shower. The second full bath features marble flooring and offers a shower and vanity.
Guests will feel inspired to whip up a gourmet meal in the newly updated kitchen. Features include quartz counter tops, new oven/stove and refrigerator, and a breakfast bar with 4 counter chairs. Serve a special family dinner in the dining area featuring a wood dining table and six chairs. It will certainly be easy for a large family of 6 to relax in the tastefully decorated living room. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and two comfortable chairs for TV viewing or family gathering. Enjoy the large-screen HDTV and free, fast WI-FI. Our valued guests also receive free use of four beach chairs, umbrella and tote wagon that are located in a separate storage closet.
