This modern home has all new furniture, beds, and modern decors. It has a fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities you need to be your vacation home away from home. We provide fresh bed linens, towels, bath products, paper supplies, and laundry cleaning pucks.

Bedroom 1 (Master) has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, a closet, a dresser, a 65" 4K Smart TV, and a nightstand with wireless charging and USB and USB-C charging ports. It also has a walkout patio door leading to the backyard and pool.

-There is free parking in front of the driveway house for up to four more vehicles. Please do not park on the right side of the driveway. That parking is reserved for the tenant living in the garage.

The guests will have full access to the entire home, private pool and backyard. The garage is not part of the house. It has been converted into a studio; a tenant lives there. The tenant cannot and does not have access the house, backyard, use the pool, or laundry room. Those areas reserved for and only to be used by the Vrbo guests.
