With interior decor that's both modern and instaworthy, you will treasure your stay at 522 Bolton. You're sure to be relaxed here.

Set in the heart of the Victorian District, the home is blocks away from Forsyth Park and a Kroger Supermarket. The nearby Mate Factor serves great coffee while The Sentient Bean offers thoughtfully-sourced fare and frequent live events.
Each unit at The Present @ Bolton has an assigned private parking space at the rear of the property off of Gwinnet Lane. You also can park out in front of the unit on either side of Bolton. Please make sure you park in the direction of traffic and look for the street sweeping signs posted on Bolton to avoid receiving a ticket.
As you may have already noticed Savannah is booming! And not just as charming getaway destination, but as an economy. Thanks to manufacturing, the Port, and tourism (among several others), Savannah's economy is glowing. We look forward to hosting you!

Getting Around:
You can park on either side of our street (Please make sure you park in the direction of traffic and watch the street cleaning signs to avoid tickets). If convenient, please feel free to park in the back of the property. There are 4 parking spots right behind our fence behind our courtyard. Uber has a strong presence in Savannah and most key locations are within a 5- minute Uber drive.
