Summary: Room was good but water service in the entire building was turned off for maintenance when I arrived. Water was scheduled to be back on by 3:00PM but was not restored until 5:30. They also need new bath towels - the ones I had were rough as 80 grit sandpaper. Free breakfast was good. Everything considered it was an OK stay, nothing great.
