Our newly built Row Home is situated in the BEST neighborhood in Central Austin. You are 10 minutes to UT and downtown Austin! We have over 40 restaurants/coffee/bars, grocery & liquor stores, parks, pools, sport courts, lake, skate park, movie theater, and so much more walking distance in Mueller. Our home is a two story, stylish space fully stocked for your stay. We have an in home gym with a treadmill, TRX, Tonal, and free weights! You'll love the location and amenities this property has to offer!
Our Home Amenities:
-Newly built home with all new furnishings, decor, appliances etc!

-Access to two neighborhood pools, splash pad, basketball and volleyball courts, skate park, and lake (no swimming, but fishing allowed)
-We have Smart TV's in every bedroom, the gym, and living room. YouTubeTV (cable), Netflix, Hulu, paramount+, ESPN+, and Disney+ included
-Private courtyard with plenty of seating and a natural gas grill available for your use.
-Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking (spices, condiments, oils, food storage). Many small appliances as well including Ninja blender system, toaster, instant pot, air fryer, griddle, etc.
-Coffee bar with grounds, teas, sweeteners, and creamers provided for you.
-Entertainment options include Arcade, Nintendo 64, board games, books, and toys for all ages.
-Baby items for you to use include high chair, pack and play, baby monitor, and baby gate
The Layout and Bed Types:
-We are the middle unit of a 3-unit row home.
-Upon entering, you will have the kitchen, living, dining, court yard, and garage on the main floor. The home gym, one bedroom and bathroom, guest half bath, and laundry are also located on the main floor. It is possible to fully utilize the home without stairs if you have a small group. Once you go upstairs, you have another guest bedroom (bunk room) and bathroom as well as the master bedroom and bathroom. There is a private workspace in the oversized master closet as well as two desks in the hallway between the rooms.
-Two car garage for private parking as well as street parking (Max 4 cars to be respectful of neighbors).

There is a movie theater, two grocery stores, liquor stores, shopping, multiple parks and greenspaces, children's museum, children's hospital (Dell Children's). Morris Williams Golf Course is walking distance as well! It is very walkable, very safe, and an active friendly community.
Our neighborhood often has concerts and community events. There is a farmer's market every Sunday at Mueller at Branch Park.
