The space
Beautiful triplex with in-ground spa 1/2 block from the beach. This is a two level townhouse. The first floor has two bedrooms each with a sliding glass door to a large private patio. Each bedroom has a queen bed with thick mattress and a plush auto inflate queen size air beds should the need arise.
There is a large remodeled bathroom with a separate makeup vanity. Brand new washer and dryer.
Large hallway closet for storing sports gear or bikes.
Upstairs is the living room with a large ceiling fan, lots of windows and air conditioning, kitchen and dining area with a balcony overlooking the spa.
In-Ground spa and large 7-burner barbecue right outside the front door in the common area.
