It is located within the Beachside Colony Resort complex which offers two community pools, direct beach access, and an on-site restaurant, The Deck. You will also be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.
This condo offers a breezy, coastal charm that will make guests feel right at home. The living area is bright and open with spectacular views and access to the covered balcony. Breath in the salt air and experience Ocean breezes from the furnished balcony. The living area has a Queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space and a flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player. The dining table seats 4, and there are 3 spots at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. There is a full-size stackable washer and dryer located off the hall along with a full bath for guests to use.
This is a great spot for 2 couples or families. The Primary bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and offers a private balcony with ocean views. The primary bathroom has a shower/ tub combination. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and easy access to the hall bath with a walk-in shower. There is an elevator conveniently located in this building close to the condo and stairs are also nearby.
For groups traveling together, consider combining Beach House 432 with Beach House 442, directly above, for a combined occupancy of 12 guests.
This condo has wireless internet for guest use. There is onsite parking for 2 vehicles.
