This is a downstairs rental and a new remodel, with a theme of an oasis in the desert. Lots of tropical houseplants and neon lights, with bright colors, make this a unique space. Two bedrooms, both with a queen bed, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Everything furnished new. Well stocked kitchen items and bedroom linens. Apple TV and cable. Gas fireplace, and jetted tub. Including Signature Sleep memory foam mattress’s. Great downtown location. Seven blocks from the heart of the city and three and a half blocks to the University. Trax red line train is just around the corner.
This home is just enough out of the city and surrounded by large maple trees and attractive older homes. You will feel secluded but be in walking distance to many attractions. It has a big community garden in the parking strip in the front of the house that has been recently written about in a local magazine, and is popular in the neighborhood. The front and backyard are always available to guests and are fun and attractive spaces to hang out. This is a downstairs loft style apartment with tall ceilings and polished concrete floors, and exposed wood beams. Keyless (code) private entry allows you to arrive at anytime.

This home is located on Broadway which is a popular street for cafés, shops and small bars. The heart of downtown is about 7 blocks away.
Getting around
Public transit is great at this location. Just around the corner (1.5 blocks) is the Trax red line (light rail). Transfer to the green line to get to the airport.
