You will be surrounded by nature, but also have all the modern amenities right outside the door such as: grocery market, dry cleaners, gym, and local public transportation. If you wish to not use a car, the public transportation is convenient. The MUNI bus stop is within steps from the door, and access to lines 5R, 5, and 31 will transport you directly downtown. You will always have a seat on the bus as this is the first stop on the line. Bus service runs all night long on some lines, and can take you anywhere you need to go. A private parking pass available to guests for street parking behind building, or there is also plentiful parking in nearby lots. Option for garage as well.
