Absolutely Beautiful Beachfront condo, third floor unit #301W, overlooking the largest of three pools and overlooking the white sandy beaches. You have access directly on the beach from the main center pool or from the west side pool. We have included with your stay 2 complimentary beach chairs with umbrella just waiting for you on the beach; available only from March 1 to October 31. Just let the beach attendant know that you are our guest at the Sunbird unit 301W.
The Sunbird Resort is a gated community. Once you arrive on property you will need to purchase a parking pass $30 and wrist bands $6 per person for anyone 12 years or older (no cash; debit or credit cards only) The Security will check you in upon your arrival.
Our one bedroom one bath condo includes a king size bed in bedroom (linens included on bed), one queen sleeper sofa (linens provided), and one full sleeper love seat in living area. Provided in the full Bathroom is towel sets and 1 roll of toilet paper. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook in if that is your desire. Grills are located at the West Tower pool at the picnic area. Unit includes two flat screen cable TV, one in living area and the other in the bedroom. Free WiFi. Resort includes fitness center and three pools, which one is heated from November 1 to March 1. Washer/dryer is located on the first floor. They are coin operated (quarters and credit card).
The Sunbird Condominium is close to all the good restaurants and attractions, including pier park. Has private gate to walk next door to Pineapple Wiley's.
No pets are allowed. Must be 25 years old to rent the condo and must physically stay at the condo during your vacation.
