There are 2 bedrooms on main level and 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. Home boasts great outdoor space including ground level deck featuring grilling area, countertops and seating. The large 2nd floor deck is perfect for taking in all the views, enjoying the salt air breeze and can be accessed from inside or utilizing the exterior staircase.
Broadkill Beach is a quiet beach island situated between Delaware Bay and Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge. When visiting don’t forget to stop by the Broadkill store for burgers, ice cream or their FAMOUS HOMEMADE DONUTS. LINENS: This rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bedspreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Sunset Rentals will provide contact information for several local linen rental companies in our welcome letter. The welcome letter is emailed out 2 weeks prior to occupancy date.
