This cabin is only 30 ft from the water with your own dock. You would be hard pressed to find a place closer on the water for this price. Our cabin is cute and friendly to humans and dogs. We have a washer and dryer. Extra places to park trailer to bring your own boat. You will not get closer to the water this this cabin. New paved driveway added in October 2023.
