This is my wife and I's personal home - a calming, quiet space away from the hustle and bustle of Nashville while remaining convenient to all Nashville attractions. The home is a split level with a peaceful Scandinavian, minimalist feel. It has a spacious open-floor plan with a living room and kitchen area equipped with plenty of counter space, perfect for cooking at home and relaxing on the couch with the TV. There is plenty of natural light, and a giant backyard space with a grill. The home is equipped with two bedrooms and two office spaces with sitting/standing desks; perfect for couples, professionals, or small families looking for a home base to retreat and rest while exploring Nashville. The home has wi-fi, Apple TV, and a Sonos speaker system connected throughout the home and the downstairs office/studio has an upright piano.
The location is in Madison, a less than 20 minute drive from Downtown Broadway, Germantown, and the Grand Ole' Opry, and just over 10 minutes from East Nashville. Just a 5 minute drive to conveniences like Target, grocery stores, and many restaurants. It is also a very short drive to the lovely Cedar Hill Park - a nearby public park with a lakeside walking trail, mountain biking trail, tennis courts, and a frisbee golf course.
