Close to everything yet so far removed! Enjoy the beauty of nature without ever leaving the house! White Clay Creek State Park trail entrance (via Middle Run Valley) at the end of the street, University of Delaware a 5 minute drive, countless shopping attractions and restaurants close by!
Family friendly:
Infant and toddler friendly: baby gate, pack-n-play (with bassinet insert), high chair, bath mat, infant tub, and outlet covers provided.
Dog friendly: 2 dogs maximum with a one-time, non-refundable $100 pet fee. Dogs are welcome to cuddle on the (covered) couch but kindly asked to stay off beds. Your fur babies will LOVE the fenced-in yard! Bring toys and have a blast! Two bowls, large dog bed, and towels are provided. Guest is responsible for picking up all dog poop before checkout. (If dog poop is not picked up there will be a $150 fee for additional cleaning.) It is strongly recommended dogs are crated while home alone. Crates are not provided. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pets (or others) during their stay.
We will do our best to return any forgotten items, however, we are not responsible for any items left behind at the property. If items require shipping, it is at the guest's expense plus a $20 processing fee.
Late check-outs are charged at $50/hour. (Anything past the hour mark is considered an additional hour.)
