4 Bedroom House in Lincoln
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located spacious older home. Classic old home build in 1910 by German-Russian immigrants. Many bedrooms and three bathrooms were needed to accommodate the big families of the time. There's even a house for your in-laws out back! (Rented/occupied by a permanent tenant)
Home has received a complete overhaul and we are regularly improving it. With so many square feet, it is an ongoing project and is not perfect. There are some finishing touches needed.
The space
Big open spaces on all floors in this sturdy and square home. More pictures are on the way but enjoy new beds, and many bedrooms to choose from.
This home was previously student housing for the university and our family has been restoring it and adding modern touches. Between guest stays we are continually improving it. If you find a door knob loose or creaking floor board, please be understanding that the home is 113 years old and has taken our family a tremendous amount of work to bring back to life!
Dogs welcome, but not on the furniture. No cats.

Guest can access the entire house. There is one bedroom in the basement but overall the basement is unfinished.
Other things to note
Again this old house is a work in progress and is priced accordingly. We will work to exceed your expectations but please be mindful when booking that the basement is not yet finished. The rest of the house however is a clean and quiet and enjoyable. The biggest advantage is being within easy walking distance to Lincoln's Haymarket and Downtown.
