This is the *first* approved & licensed vacation rental in Carefree!
Carefree AZ is at the northern most end of the Phoenix and Scottsdale metro areas - it's a quiet community, known for its eclectic bars and restaurants. You'll be on a quiet street, yet within walking distance of wine bars, steakhouses, Italian bistros, cigar bars, and the grocery store all nestled around the famous Carefree Sundial. Just a 1/2 mile away is the heart of Cave Creek, which is home to more restaurants, bars, and cowboy culture.
This nonsmoking 2-bed (both kings), 2.5-bath townhome is newly renovated and newly furnished, featuring granite countertops and new flooring. A short, 1.5 block stroll from the shops, restaurants, and wine bars, this is the epitome of Carefree Living! Enjoy the private patio area, shared community pool and hot tub, pickleball sport court and bocce ball court! This is an end unit, nobody above or below, and the only shared wall with the neighbor is their garage (super quiet unit). Both bedrooms are located upstairs.
You'll be able to park in one stall garage (if you need a car at all during your stay!), and do laundry in the unit if needed.
Fully stocked kitchen and baths - you will need to bring nothing. We have plenty of towels, pots and pans, wine glasses, a coffee maker and grinder, teapot, and hair dryers for everyone.
Please note: this is a very quiet and quaint townhome with very few units and friendly neighbors. We ask our guests to respect the neighbors by enjoying a quiet, peaceful stay. One member of your group must be 55yrs old+ and will be asked to provide a photo ID in order to book (in app, you can message us with picture of Photo ID). We have security cameras at the front door and back patio. No cameras inside the unit. Booking this property means automatic acceptance of accompanying Rental Agreement, which includes rules to comply with Town of Carefree Short Term Rental Use code, and carries penalties of up to $2,500.
