Parking: We do not provide parking. However, there is a paid parking garage and some other lots by the building. The parking fee ranges anywhere from $10-$25 a night.
Noises: Do keep in mind that you are in downtown Atlanta, it can be loud outside sometimes.
Heat & Air Conditioning: This building is run on a central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow. There are ceiling fans and a space heater available just in case!
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Concierge: Peachtree Towers is a residential building, and the residents are quiet, but if a neighbor does make too much noise please notify the concierge staff, and they will respond and address the issue. Please try to avoid making noise after 8pm.
