From your patio lookout you can watch eagles soar and passing sailboats offshore with views of the Ludington lighthouse and Silver Lake Dunes. Lake Michigan views and fabulous sunsets from almost every room in the house. Wireless internet, Hardwood floors, stone fireplace, new kitchen with stone counters and state of the art stainless appliances. All new bathrooms, new front-end load washer/dryer. Bluff-side fire pit.
PLEASE NOTE! Due to past high Water levels we lost our stairs to the beach several years ago so still no direct access but there is a very nice little used beach 1 mile north with very easy drive up access.
