Positive: the staff were very friendly, very welcoming. Exceeded my expectations. made sure we had enough plugins for all of my mothers medical devices. They were friendly and easy to talk to and just have a chat. everyone there looked like and acted like they liked their job. as a boss myself that is very difficult to do. they all looked happy and wanted to make our experience great. i was so surprised how big our room was.

Negative: I feel they did an excellent job .

Summary: home away from home.
