This is a sun-filled and easy living 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath house tucked in the woods with easy access to Portage Lake and beautiful Lake Michigan. The house sleeps up to 7 with a loft area and spacious master bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Downstairs has open living and dining rooms with floor to ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a full bath and a laundry/mud room with outside entry. There's a large deck across the back for dining and relaxing.
Public access to both lakes is less than 2 miles away, and the town of Onekama is an easy bike ride!
This is a non smoking residence, inside and out, non negotiable. This includes but is not limited to nicotine cigarettes, cigars, pipes and all electronic smoking devices. There will be a $300 fee assessed for violators.
