Fully furnished, recently-renovated terrace unit, steps away from the Beltline & Piedmont Park. Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and countless dining and shopping options within walking distance! Location can't get any better!
Very comfortable king and queen beds, brand new kitchen appliances, and a fully-stocked kitchen. Lovely outdoor patio, in-unit washer/dryer, and on-site parking!
Please no pets. When aren't renting, we stay here & one owner is unfortunately allergic to animal hair.
Two bedrooms -- one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. We have a desk for you in case you are working remotely.
The private entrance of the terrace unit, has a fenced in deck with outdoor furniture for your exclusive use!
Parking is just outside of the fence and there is a spot reserved for your use!
You will have access to the entire downstairs unit.

There is street parking or on-site parking. On-site parking is under a large tree (and not paved).
No parties. No pets. No extra guests. No smoking.
The majority of guests are wonderful but we have additional rules for those that behave outside of the norm.
If there are extra guests, we reserve the right to charge $100 / night / extra guest.
There is a $500 security deposit for short term rentals and 1 month security deposit for over 30 day rentals that will be applied if the home is left damaged or unreasonably dirty. The security deposit can also cover fines incurred by the guests. If there is smoke damage or pet dander that needs to be cleaned, we will appropriately charge the guest to clean this or replace furnishings if needed.
For pets -- we really do ask no pets. Not because we don't love dogs, but because one of our owners is allergic to animal hair.
We care very much about being a good neighbor and maintaining a positive, family-friendly community and it's important to us that our guests reflect that! If there are complaints by neighbors due to noise, parking, or other, we reserve the right to remove the guest(s) immediately and charge a fee.
