The property is a free-standing duplex with 2 full units stacked on top of one another. You get both units! That means the early birds can head to bed in the lower unit when they want and the late-night crew can continue on in their own space upstairs, or vice versa!
We just completed a full renovation (Dec 2022) so everything is new.
The floor plan was designed to relax and enjoy with privacy. You can retreat from a busy day in the city in the memory foam king bedrooms, all with their own full bathroom and Roku TV. The wifi is fiber optic and great for hopping on the computer to get some work done.
Parking is easy, free and safe with a huge parking pad behind the property, but if you prefer not to drive, the MARTA station is extremely accessible, only one block away and runs directly downtown and to the airport.
You have not one but two fully stocked kitchens should you choose to make a meal, and there are plenty of excellent restaurant options nearby to check out if you prefer to go out.

The West End is a historic residential neighborhood, ideally situated between the airport and downtown Atlanta. From the house, walk less than five minutes to restaurants, breweries, a distillery, grocery store, and other shops on the commercial strip. You're in the heart of the city! - It's very urban in feel and includes homes in various stages of renovation. The neighborhood is safe and walkable.
We're only a few blocks from the MARTA station, which runs directly to downtown and the airport, as well as connects to the World Congress Center and the Mercedes Benz stadium.
There are also scooter and bike options available to rent, and ubers/lyfts are plentiful and cheap (generally <$10 as we are so close to the center of the city). Walking distance to Atlanta's famous multiuse walking/biking trail, the Beltline.
