THE SPACE
☛Fully furnished 3 bedroom property in Ocklawaha.
☛Our Kitchen space consists of a refrigerator, oven, microwave, stove, and toaster! You can cook your own meal.
☛Relax in our spacious bedrooms. Our bedroom consists of King Bed, Full-size bed an 2 twin beds.
☛Our living room is completely furnished with TV where in you can lay and watch after walking around.
☛There are two bathrooms. One in the master bedroom with a garden tub and 1 full bathroom.
Master bedroom with king size sleep number bed and recliner chair. Guest bedroom with full size bed. "Kids" room with 2 sleep number twin beds, games, books, kids videos, and video games. Toddler mattress (located under master bed if needed). Brand new fully stocked kitchen. Large deck on rear of house with great views of the lake and forest. Abundant wildlife on the 3 acre property that you have all to yourself. Canoe and paddle boat available for your use. Large mouth bass in the lake behind the house. (Access to the larger part of the lake may be limited depending on the level of water in the lake.)
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Satellite Wi-Fi is our only option at the lake house. It is not as fast or reliable as other internet services and we only get 30 gb of fast data monthly then it switches to very slow speeds. Bad weather can impact the satellite connection but the service will be restored once the weather clears. Over 50 local TV channels are available with the traditional antenna on live channels 2-64. Free local and domestic long distance phone calls through Wi-Fi phone service.
Cell phone reception is minimal in the Ocala National Forest.
The house uses well water and a septic tank.
The long driveway is mostly grass.
