If being in the country and still close to everything, then this is the place! 10 minutes to San Jose. We have 9 wineries around us, most offering tasting. 20 minutes from to the Beach and Felton/Redwoods/Big Basin Park. Not much further to Monterrey Bay Aquarium, Pebble Beach (12 mile drive), & Carmel.
The space
We are in the country, so if deer and raccoons scare you, or birds on the roof fighting for nuts, it's probably not for you. It's also very QUIET at night. That freaks some people out.
