Welcome to my exquisite custom home in Mt. CB with unobstructed, panoramic views from every room.
Built in 2017 in a mountain-mediterranean style, my home is filled with unique art pieces gathered from my travels and work around the globe. Touches of luxury, style, comfort & whimsy fill every corner.
Walls of glass ensure big mtn views and glorious night skies from every room.
Ride the free bus for 2 mins to ski lifts. Hike, bike or ski from the front door Heated garage, hot tub, gas fireplace & fire pit.
The space:
This is the first time I am renting out my primary home, so I am selective about whom I rent it to. My house was built fairly recently and has a unique style compared to other homes in the area. The entire house is bright and airy and the radiant floor heating keeps it very warm in the winter. Each room is filed with artwork, carvings and rugs from travels and work trips to India, Thailand, Indonesia, Turkey, Egypt, Morocco, Burma and Cambodia. All my light fixtures are hand-blown Venetian glass from Istanbul.
Please note: This is a high-end property that is not suitable for young children and pets are strictly not allowed.
The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities and tools needed to cook a large Thanksgiving dinner! I love to cook food from my Indian and Persian heritage, and have two kitchen drawers filled with exotic spices that you are welcome to use.
Each bedroom has a private space with a reclining chair to relax in, or a private outdoor balcony area that can be accessed. And each room has a TV with the ability to access your Netflix and Prime accounts. Each room has lots of closet space with hangars and luggage racks for your convenience. All the beds have down comforters and there are extra pillows, blankets and hot tub towels in the closet of each room.
Both the full baths are spacious with two sinks each and with enough counter and cabinet/drawer space for your visit. The powder room is conveniently located downstairs next to the washer and dryer.
Since I have been working from home, I have excellent high-speed WiFi available and Starlink is on the way. Sonos speakers are embedded in the ceiling and walls throughout the downstairs of the house and music is accessed through the Sonos app on your phone.
The views from the great room and all the bedrooms are incredible and unobstructed. When I designed this house, we ensured that the outdoors would easily blend with the inside, giving you an expansive feeling as you watch the backyard tumble into the valley below and open up to views of Snodgrass mountain and the high peaks of the West Elks behind it...White Rock Mtn, Teocalli, Avery and Precarious Peak.
In the summer, wake up each day to a field of wildflowers and hummingbirds. Enjoy eating al fresco on the back porch in front of the fire, or curling up on the large daybed outside with your special someone or a good book.
In the winter, the peaks and meadows are blanketed with soft, silent snow. Stand at the end of the driveway with your skis and flag down the free, colorfully painted bus that swings by Paradise Rd every 30 minutes and will drop you off at the base area in 90 seconds flat!
In the fall, enjoy the gorgeous changing colors of the aspen trees and willows on the mountains around us, and wake up to a light dusting of snow on the highest peaks.
If you need some pampering, allow me to arrange for an in-home massage experience for you and your guests after a day on the slopes or trails.
Hear the coyotes howl each night, watch elk, deer, fox and an occasional black bear foraging in the meadow below. Watch the alpenglow at sunset every evening as you luxuriate in the hot tub, and be sure to look up at night and marvel at Milky Way that blazes right above the house. The house is exactly at 10,000 ft and the stars at this altitude are a sight to behold.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and all amenities like the hot tub, washer/dryer and outdoor areas. I have a car parked in the two car garage, but there is one space for guests to park a car. Plus there is room for another 2-3 cars in the driveway. Please do not park on the street as it is not allowed.
The ski area is 90 seconds away on the free bus that swings by every 30 minutes. Downtown Crested Butte is a 10 minute drive or a 20 minute bike ride on the paved recreation path.
Please know that Paradise Rd is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood and there is a noise ordinance that goes into effect after 10 pm.
