We have installed USB plugs and LED dimmable lighting throughout the condo for ease in keeping your cell phones charged and bright spaces when needed. Blackout blinds and shutters help with getting a good night's sleep and rooms complimented by ceiling fans for cooling and convenient laundry area. Yes, we thought of everything.
Every detail has been thoughtfully curated—from elegant décor touches to radiant heated bathroom floors that keep your feet cozy, along with a bidet in the master bath for added comfort. This is privately owned and lovingly operated by my husband and I which means if you have a concern and call us, we answer the phone immediately. PLEASE BE ADVISED:
There is currently an ongoing hillside stabilization project at the complex. You may experience workers walking past the deck in order to access the hillside or construction noise. Work is only being done Mon-Fri 8am-4pm with NO WORK BEING DONE ON WEEKENDS and the approx date of completion is end of June. The rental price is discounted to reflect this work.
