Upstairs unit of a duplex. 2 bedroom apartment with a fully furnished kitchen and bathroom with shower (no bathtub). Private main entrance to the apartment. 2 bedrooms with locks. There is 1 "tenant only" parking spot available for your use in the small lot behind the house.
As this is an upstairs apartment, keep in mind that there are stairs. If climbing stairs is difficult for you this may not be the listing for you.

This is an older building therefor the whole building uses one heater/ central air conditioning unit and the controls are down stairs. If you are too hot or too cold just let us know and we will ask the tenants below to adjust the thermostat. We also provide extra heaters just in case they are needed.
We have a coin operated washing machine and dryer located in the basement of the building that you are welcome to use.
There is no smoking in or near the apartment. If you are going to smoke we ask that you do so in the parking area and throw your cigarette butts in the dumpster.
