This Fort Lauderdale gem is a 4,100+ sq ft villa located in the prestigious Coral Ridge on one of Fort Lauderdale's scenic canals, and just minutes from the beach. This Bahamian style villa provides a relaxing and tranquil home-away-from-home for vacationing groups of up to 8 family or friends. *Monthly rentals preferred at a substantial discount off the daily rate. Weekly rentals considered. This 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home was recently renovated and completely redesigned in a modern island style that is bright, clean, and extremely attractive, with dark wood floors and Tommy Bahama furnishings. The open floorplan creates a space for gathering with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in warm and refreshing light and provide a beautiful view of the river. The great room features a large flatscreen TV, lots of seating and adjoins a game room complete with a regulation size pool table and dart board. The professionally equipped chef's kitchen features a large island, elite level appliances and includes a pantry stocked with all the basics. The formal dining room seats 8 in regal comfort. There's even an office/work space with wireless internet included. The downstairs master bedroom is spacious with a king-size bed, sitting area and a master bathroom. Bedroom two is on the ground floor and features a full bathroom. Upstairs bedrooms three and four each have a queen-size bed and share a bathroom. All bedrooms include a flatscreen TV. The highlight of this house is the outdoor space! Just outside the glass sliding doors that run the length of the great room is the private and very spacious pool and patio. Three steps down from the pool is the 120 ft long dock with plenty of room to tie up a large boat, or simply sit back and enjoy the view of the sunset!
