Welcome to the Gnarly Inn, an old ski lodge located at the base of Sunlight ski resort, just outside Glenwood Springs, Colorado. .
We are located directly below Sunlight mountain, which is a 2 min walk up the path to the lift. We have free coffee and tea in the dining room, and various amenities. There is a shared kitchen, backyard fire pit, and downstairs lounge with a pool table.
There are many hikes and trails to explore on the mountain and surrounding area, as well as the nearby town of Glenwood Springs. In town, you will find attractions like the two hotsprings, the adventure park on top of the mountain, the Colorado and Roaring Fork rivers, and many great restaurants.
We are located 15 mins outside of south Glenwood Springs, 25 mins from downtown, and 65 minutes from Aspen. The road from town to here is paved, and we have plenty of parking in our lot, and close access to White River National Forest.
We have a contactless check in process, so we don't have anyone behind the front desk for general assistance. But our innkeeper is on site, if you have questions about the area or need assistance.
