This house features a modern interior design, a large backyard and patio area, a dedicated workspace, new appliances and washer/dryer with plenty of street parking and RV parking. The master bedroom features a queen bed and an attached, newly remodeled full bathroom. One guest room has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin-over-full bunk beds (4 beds total). The living room couch can also be converted to a full bed if additional accommodations are needed. The home office includes a monitor and HDMI cord for your convenience, although a laptop is required for use. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house and all TVs are equipped with cable Netflix for all your entertainment needs. The property is located on a corner lot with plenty of street parking. Guests will be given a temporary code that will unlock the front and back doors throughout the duration of their stay.
I will not personally be available, however I am always reachable and my associates will be available for any emergency requests.
A car is highly recommended but not completely necessary. There is plenty of street parking around the home with no restrictions as well as space for two cars in the driveway.
Attached RV parking is available for guests to use. It measures 60` x 16` and has an electrical hookup.

Out of respect for our neighbors, we will strictly enforce a no-party policy, which includes unauthorized events exceeding the number of guests noted on the reservations
Guests must immediately alert host to any issues regarding maintenance, request for repair service, or otherwise. Host will not compensate or refund for any issues not reported within 3 hours. Guest must also allow host and/or repairman access to the property to remedy the issue after host has been notified. If guest stays after issue is remedied or addressed, there will be no further remuneration or refund. If guest is unresponsive, host will assume issue is remedied, and there will be no further action required.
Smoking is not allowed at anytime. If a guest is found to have smoked in the property, the host reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee between $100 and $200 depending on severity.
