The house is 45 feet directly above the water, offering amazing views up and down the coast right from Living, Dining, and Master Bedroom. Take a short walk to the beach for jogging, horse back riding, kite flying, and tide pools.
New renovations (11/2022): Hardwood floor throughout, exterior & interior paints, granite countertop, gas stove, range hood, gas fireplace, bath vanities, and faucets.
Bedroom - 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. All on one level.
- Master bedroom w/ Ocean view. King-sized bed with attached full bathroom. Office desk & chair perfect for WFH and Zoom calls. A door leads out to outdoor deck.
- Second master bedroom w/ Garden view. Queen-sized bed with attached full bathroom and bathtub.
- Guest bedroom w/ Garden view. 2 Twin-sized beds.
- Kid bedroom w/ Full & Twin-size bunk beds and 1 Twin-size bed insert.
- Hallway full bathroom w/ bathtub.
Living room:
- Spacious living room w/ walls of Oceanview windows & bookshelves, Vaulted wooden-beam ceiling, Comfortable couch with Queen-sized sleeper (sleeps 2), & Stone fireplace.
- Big screen smart TV, Board games, Books, and more.
Kitchen & Dining:
- Set up for chefs. Plenty of Cabinets, Gas range, Fridge, Microwave oven, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, Kettle, Toaster, and Kitchen ware.
- Separate Dining area with amazing Ocean view leading out to outdoor deck.
Laundry & Garage:
- Separate Laundry room with front-load washer & dryer and utility sink. One extra dryer in the garage.
- 2-car over-sized garage. Perfect for rainy day. Additional 2 parking on the driveway. Our driveway can accommodate 20-foot trailer.

House rules: (more details in the attached house rules):
- Must be at least 25 years old to book.
- Maximum occupancy limits to 13 guests including children. (Per city's regulations).
- No Saturday check in or check out. (since Saturday is our cleaning crew's only off day).
- No check in or check out on Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve, Christmas day, New Year Eve, and New Year day. (since these are our cleaning crew's holidays).
- Keep noise level to a minimum from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- 4 vehicles allowed on the property. No street parking allowed.
- No smoking of any kind on the property.
- Pets allowed: Dogs & Cats only, maximum of 2.
- We understand your pets might feel anxious in a new environment and need to be closer to their people. We have prepared "pet linens" just for them. Please use these linens to cover beds and couches before letting them on.
- We have successfully accommodated many guests with manual wheelchair (as seen in reviews). However, please note that the house can not accommodate motorized wheelchair.
