Cozy gas 'wood' stove, heated mattress pads, comfortable furnishings will help you feel relaxed and at home. Great family house for all ages.

Two bedrooms have comfy queen beds, the third bedroom has three single beds - one is a top bunk. 2 recently renovated bathrooms. Convenient private outside hot shower located in protected side yard, perfect for morning shower or rinsing off after a swim in the ocean. Large front patio with gas fire-pit and beach area right next to the patio.
Adjacent to the GGNRA federal park with seasonal lifeguards on the beach. Five minute stroll to Stinson Beach's quaint town, restaurants, surf/kayak rental, snackbar, grocery store, library, and playgrounds.
