Our home is on a septic system — misuse causes backups and closure of the property.

If septic misuse requires pumping/service during or after stay, guests will be charged service cost ($600–$900 typical).

• Park only in designated driveway areas

• No smoking or vaping inside the home
• Dispose of cigarette butts properly outdoors

Lake & Dock Safety
