The space
Our lovely 3 bedroom/2 bathroom, two-story home offers comfort, style, and a touch of local charm.
**Main Level**
Living and Dining Room: Step into the main living area on street level, featuring a cozy living room and a welcoming dining space. Relax, unwind, and enjoy the ambiance of this well-appointed space.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped, ready for you to conveniently prepare meals and snacks during your stay.
Bedroom: This street level bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed for a restful night's sleep. Clothing/luggage storage is also included.
Bathroom: Adjacent to the bedroom, this full bathroom features a shower and separate tub.
Private Patio: Large glass doors lead to a private patio oasis. Fire up the BBQ grill, bask in the California sun on the lounge chairs, or gather around the table for a meal!
**Lower Level**
Primary Bedroom: The spacious primary bedroom featuring a luxurious king-sized bed is on the lower level, down the spiral stairs. Experience comfort and privacy with a TV, clothing storage, and dedicated workspace.
Bedroom: This cozy bedroom features a queen-sized bed and clothing storage.
Bathroom: An additional bathroom with a shower can be found on the lower level, ensuring convenience for all guests.
Laundry Room: Tucked away on the lower level, a convenient washer/dryer awaits for any laundry needs during your stay.
Deck: Enjoy incredible canyon views from the back deck and covered patio area. Unwind in the shaded patio space for moments of relaxation while taking in the fresh air!

Other things to note
1. Please note that there are spiral stairs at this stay, therefore it may be difficult to navigate for younger children. ***Children will need approval. The home is not ideal for very young due to the steel spiral staircase that leads downstairs.
2. We charge per guest so please be sure you have accounted for the number of guests properly in your reservation.
3. If you have requested to bring a pet, we charge $20 per pet/per night and dogs must be over 2 years old and under 25 pounds. Please let us know about pets up front and sign our pet addendum.
4. You can inquire about our portable A/C unit for those warmer summer days. There are also ceiling fans and portable fans for you to use. This home is on a canyon so it also receives cooler ocean breezes. San Diego's climate is semi-arid with typically low humidity so it doesn't feel as hot as it can in other parts of the country with higher humidity.
