Eagle’s Nest Townhomes are located on Crested Butte Mountain adjacent to the ski area. Perched high on a ridge, you’ll have spectacular mountain views! Amenities for the complex include saunas and two hot tubs with the same views to soak in the mountains. 2 permitted vehicles are allotted and free wifi. It is strongly encouraged that 1 vehicle be parked in the garage. ADVISORY: Winter conditions can make it difficult for 2 wheel-drive to make it up the steep driveway. 4-wheel is strongly recommended.
This 2 bedroom, 2.5 full bath townhome is most popular for its’ garage to store your toys and breathtaking views of the mountains. This condo entrance is located on the second floor above the garage. Upon entering, you’ll see the stretched floor plan with a kitchen, dining, and living room with a balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances and everything you’ll need to prepare a meal for your friends or family. Seating is available for 6 available at the dining room table. Comfortable seating in the living room with large flat screen TV, wood-burning fireplace, and access to the balcony with mountain views. The king master bedroom is located on the second floor, complete with a large flat-screen TV and its’ own ensuite and balcony access with a view of the mountains. The other guest bedroom is located on the same level down a short hall with a king bed. Washer and dryer available in the garage. 2 permitted vehicles allotted. The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. Summer schedule runs every 20 minutes; winter schedule runs every 15 minutes; shoulder seasons every 40 minutes. Access to the transit center from the Eagle’s Nest Townhomes in the summer is via a 10-minute walk. During the winter, the condo loop shuttle will run once an hour to the entrance of the complex and return to the main transit center for access to the base area or a transfer to the main shuttle to town.
