They don't make them like this anymore. Roomy ranch home with plenty of space to relax. Vaulted living room, large dining area, and new kitchen remodel. Located on one of the original streets built in Lockhart with huge old Oak trees, friendly neighbors and less than a mile to the downtown square.
The space
Classic, long, MCM ranch house with a vintage flair. Pine and terra cotta floors, stone countertops and a lot of space to spread out. Large windows let in great natural light. Rooms are spaced out on opposite sides of the house. Spa-like bathrooms. Huge corner lot with ancient Oak and Pecan trees in front. Backyard is private and set up for maximum relaxation with fire pit, screened porch, and lighted pergola.
Guest access
Carport accommodates 2 cars easily, and tons of free street parking in front of the house. A short jaunt downtown you’ll find some really great restaurants, shops and coffee.
Other things to note
House is about 100 years old with lots of character. Some things are a little asymmetrical and slightly creaky. We find it charming!
Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome with an additional $50 cleaning fee. Any oopsies will be billed separately. Please clean up after them in the yard.
