This 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom WATERFRONT home has everything you'll need for a family vaca, fishing trip, or both! The home features an outdoor kitchen so you can fish all day, pull your boat up, clean the fish, then toss them on the grill to enjoy a fresh dinner or launch the 2 tandem kayaks from the floating dock and grab a fishing pole from the garage and do a little inshore fishing. There is a large indoor dining room table that comfortably seats 8 people and has a great view of the water. The upstairs Master suite features it's own private bathroom and balcony where you can see the Gulf of Mexico.Washer and dryer available for your use. Our house is baby friendly with a crib, baby gate, and latches on the cabinets.
Plenty of room to park a boat or RV in the driveway. 10,000 lb and 6000 lb boat lift available for use in the backyard. Access to the open Gulf is tide restrictive from the house. Tide gets down to about 3’ at its lowest point heading out to the channel. Our boat has about a 34” draft and we try and go at least one hour before or 1 hour after low tide. The channel is about a five min boat ride that puts you right into the Gulf. Use cautions going out and you should be fine. Public boat ramp is 5 minutes away next to Hudson Beach and can be used without tide restrictions.
If you interested in boating there’s a website similar to VRBO but for boat rentals called GetMyBoat. You can rent a boat from a local owner. Before we purchased a boat this is how we enjoyed boating. There are tons of small islands great for boating and scalloping season starts July 1st.
We do allow dogs. There is a $50 dog fee per dog. 3 dogs max. All pets must be pre-approved, vaccinated, and leashed at all times when outside. This will be an additional fee not include in your original booking.
