The Space:
My place is perfect for a single traveler or a couple who are looking for a comfortable, intimate, beautifully-designed space to call home. Largely original 1940's Spanish-style apartment on the top floor, with a view of the porch and courtyard, and private entrance. ~550 square feet. Luxury queen bed, distinguished living/seating area. Original solid oak hardwood floors, south- and west-facing windows. Full kitchen with filtered water for hot tea or French press coffee, and filtered chilled water. Refrigerator, microwave, and gas range. 40”+ flat panel television, free and reliable wifi, central AC/heat, white noise machine, iron and ironing board, and basic cooking supplies.
Non-smoking. Up to 3 guests allowed. No pets. Please note that we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 10. This room is not ADA accessible.
