Island Song Villa is a GORGEOUS and SPACIOUS, newly renovated townhouse style, end unit villa, in the world famous SEA PINES RESORT. We are running a weekly 7 night Saturday to Saturday schedule for high seasons. The 5,000 acre resort is a favorite with families and photographers for the 5 miles of stunning beaches, The Beach Club and Heritage Club (open to all), a 605 acre Nature Preserve, 3 championship golf courses, Harbour Town Marina, South Beach Marina, Lawton Stables, 16 miles of interconnected leisure/biking paths, Gregg Russell summer sing alongs, shopping, dining, water sports, playground, farmer's market and more! You can bike to sunrise and sunset views on the water all within the resort.

"Taxes" 11% taxes are collected and paid to the town of Hilton Head and the state of South Carolina.

Our villa just completed renovations and is a stunner! We have a new open concept kitchen, with gleaming counters, spacious cabinets and storage for YOUR items, new guest bathroom and laundry room, to finalize our top to bottom renovations! Updated professional photos will be available soon!
LOW ALLERGEN:
With our extensive renovations, we decided to no longer allow pups and to make our villa as low allergen as possible. We have a whole house dehumidifier, whole house air purifier, all new HVAC ductwork, MERV 13 HVAC filters, HEPA vacuum, washer and dryer, new upholstered furniture, mattresses, mattress and pillow encasements, limited carpet (stairs only) and a few low pile rugs.

The villa is nestled in a hidden gem of a community with only 34 upscale villas to share 2 recently resurfaced Tennis/ Pickleball Courts and a Seasonal Pool (both accessible only by entry code). The note about 34 villas means the pool and courts are steps away, and it is QUIET, so you won't have hordes of people at the pool or on the courts! Island Song Villa is beautifully furnished like a personal vacation home, not a rental and is two stories, with no one above or below to disturb you. An average hotel room is 325 SF and the villa is almost 5 times that size at 1,597 SF. Check in to the villa first so you can see our guests LOVE all the extras we provide, oil, vinegar, spices, plastic wrap, foil, food storage bags, etc. Spend less time at the store and more time on your vacation! We provide multiple deep drawers for your food so the kitchen is able to remain clutter free.
FIRST FLOOR:
ENTRY - One extra-wide and extra-long parking spot is right out front, with a lighted walkway, and plenty of space in the yard for bikes. There are 7 steps to get into the villa, and a motion activated porch light illuminates a simple 4-digit keyless entry lock. A Ring video doorbell at the front door ensures the safety of your stay as well as the safety of our property.
KITCHEN & DINING - Create wonderful meals in the professionally designed and installed, well-stocked with plenty of spices, cookware, gadgets, and high-end stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy relaxing meals at the large dining table while listening to your favorite playlist on the Bose Wave Speaker with Bluetooth.
LIVING - After a great day of island fun, turn on the ceiling fan, dim the sconces and relax on the sofa to play games, watch a Netflix movie or one of 125+ channels on the 55" wall mounted Smart TV.
DECK - Enjoy a beverage or dinner alfresco on the deck with bar height table and barstools. There are relatively very few tennis and pickleball matches on the 2 Inland Harbour courts that are only accessible by a key and shared by 34 villas. The courts are non-lighted, so the games end when the sun goes down.
1ST FLOOR GUEST BEDROOM & BATH - High quality furniture, with a spacious dresser, 2 XL twin beds (2026), 32” Smart TV, ceiling fan, wood clothes hangers, bedside USB charger, sliding door to small balcony, and new bath with tub/shower combination accessible to the living area.
SECOND FLOOR:
2ND FLOOR BEDROOM & BATH - One of the largest villa bedrooms in Sea Pines, featuring high quality furniture, luxurious King size Stearns & Foster Estate Series mattress, with innerspring & memory foam (2026), two spacious dressers, two bedside USB chargers, ceiling fan, and a 40” wall mounted Smart TV.
The new en suite bath features dual teak vanities and storage cabinet, quartz countertops, porcelain flooring, large walk-in shower with marble mosaic inset, skylight, custom walk-in closet, with wood hangers, and and in-wall laptop safe.
SITTING AREA - The sitting area is adjacent to the 2nd floor bedroom, and created in 2019 by enclosing the 2-story dining room which added an extra 66 SF of floor space to the villa. This work area includes a desk, comfortable chair, (on order), 27” monitor, (bring your own laptop, keyboard and mouse). Catch up on emails or bring your yoga mat to stick with your healthy routine during your vacation.
LAUNDRY - Keeping up on laundry is a breeze in our laundry room, with high efficiency washer and dryer, (2026), folding area, FULL SIZED containers of detergent and dryer sheets (unscented).
GEAR - We provide tennis & pickleball racquets (bring your own balls), (2) large cooler backpack style beach chairs, (1) hard cooler (good for the pool). Bicycles can be rented nearby at The Peddling Pelican at the Shops at Sea Pines Center, a 5 minute walk and they deliver and pick up as well. You can lock your bicycles to each other or to a tree in the front yard.
INLAND HARBOUR - Exceptionally well maintained complex and perhaps the best in all of Sea Pines. It is in the heart of Sea Pines, and the LOCATION ALONG THE LIGHTHOUSE ROAD CORRIDOR IS FANTASTIC, centrally located across from The Shops at Sea Pines Center. You don't have the high cost of being on the beach, the crowds and noise of Harbour Town, or the distance to travel to get to South Beach. THE SHOPS AT SEA PINES CENTER is a short walk and offers shopping, our favorite seasonal gelato and coffee shop, restaurants, a day spa, candle making experience, bike rentals, a farmer's market on Tuesdays, and the SEA PINES HEALTH CLUB which offers weekly memberships for a fee.
BIKE PATHS - One of the absolute musts in Sea Pines is to park the car, rent bikes and make that your primary method of transportation. Bike rental is very affordable in Hilton Head, and there is a bike rental company called The PEDDLING PELICAN right across the street that will deliver and pick up for convenience! Biking the 15 miles of leisure trails in Sea Pines including the tranquil 605-acre Sea Pines Forest Preserve is relaxing and lets you bond with the natural beauty of the community. Using just your bicycle, you can easily reach the beach, shopping, breakfast/lunch/happy hour and sunset dinner. It makes the Sea Pines experience especially memorable.
Start your day to see the sunrise at the Beach Club, play a little tennis/ pickleball, or a round of golf, have a swim in the seasonal pool and end your day with cocktails watching the sunset at the Harbour Town Lighthouse, a 5-minute walk/ bike ride.
SEA PINES BEACH CLUB - The villa is 1.3 miles from the gorgeous Sea Pines Beach Club, the best beach access point on Hilton Head Island. During high season, March 24 Sep 5, there is no rental guest parking or drop-off, but guests can take a fun 8 minute bike ride or pick up the Trolley from any of (3) stops all near the villa.
One Resort CAR VOUCHER is INCLUDED with your rental. Simply pull up to the Sea Pines main gate house on Greenwood RD and exchange your voucher for a weekly gate pass (which you keep on your dashboard). That’s it, no waiting in long lines at a resort rental office!
