This spacious remodeled 2 bed 2 bath apartment has a private entrance and two full baths. We're located in a small multi-unit property with 4 apartments in the building. This apartment is on the top floor with only 1 small shared wall. We are located off Shasta St in Crown Point / Pacific Beach, San Diego, CA. Please note that it is street parking only.
You will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own.

** No smoking is permitted, including Marijuana. We may garnish 2X your cleaning fee if the smell of smoke is present.

Please keep a reasonable volume so as to not disturb our neighbors, and do not invite other guests or have parties. We would appreciate it if you washed any dishes you use during your stay. Please leave the house in the same condition you found it as when you first arrived.
