Perfect for a ski vacation since we’re within 30 min drive of 6 major ski resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton, Park City & Deer Valley). 10 min from downtown SLC, 5 minutes from restaurants & shopping, 15 minutes from airport. Close to UofU & Hospitals. Private backyard w/ bbq & lounging areas, plus washer/dryer & garage to store skis.
The space
The space;
2 bedrooms on main floor, 2 basement bedrooms and pull out full sofa that sleeps 10 guests all together.
1 full bathroom on main floor with shower/tub and one bathroom in the basement with a large shower.
Beds are 2 California Kings and 1 king and 1 queen, plush with soft blankets, multiple pillow softness options, and luxury 700 thread count sheets.
Front room has comfortable seating with a 75” flatscreen tv and several smartphone charging stations in couch.
Basement has a new pull out sofa and TV room perfect for lounging.
Laundry room in basement with washer & dryer. Large kitchen has all new appliances and dishes. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need to cook and entertain.
Guest access
Entire house and yard is for guests with outdoor furniture and BBQ grill for guests to use. Access to shed for skis/mountain bikes etc.
Long driveway with free street parking available.
Other things to note:
Large, loud parties are not allowed. If house rules are broken deposit will not be returned, and you will be asked to leave with no refund.
