This home is simple and the best features are the privacy and the sunsets over the Western mountain range best viewed from the front yard or covered front porch.
The property is easy to access by paved roads and driveway. One car garage is good for car or bike storage. Good WiFi signal and most cell phone carriers will get a signal here. Smart TV's in living room and master bedroom. There is a ten acre trach behind this property with trails cut in and guests are encouraged to explore. Possible wildlife sightings including deer, turkey, rabbits and bears.
