The space
This charming retreat boasts a spacious and tastefully decorated interior, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere throughout. Upon entering, you'll find a comfortable and stylish living area, equipped with plush seating and a 76" flat-screen TV equipped with Apple TV device only, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Large windows provide ample natural light and stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
The fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary appliances and utensils, allowing you to prepare meals at your convenience. Enjoy your culinary creations at the kitchen island (4 seats) and at the adjacent dining area, which features a beautiful table for 8, overlooking the lake.
The retreat comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across four well-appointed bedrooms. Each bedroom offers a peaceful space to unwind, with cozy beds, ample storage, and charming decor. Three modern bathrooms offer convenience and comfort, equipped with showers and essential amenities.
Step outside onto the spacious deck, where you can immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature. Sip your morning coffee or enjoy a delicious BBQ meal using the provided grill while relishing the breathtaking lake views. The expansive yard provides plenty of space for outdoor activities and offers direct access to the waterfront, where you can take advantage of fishing or simply enjoy a quiet stroll along the shore. The back patio is equipped with a 55" TV with an Apple TV device only.
Our completely remodeled dock is now a stunning 1,600 square-foot structure with two boating slips—one for a pontoon and one for a fishing or ski boat. There are also cleats available for additional tie-ups. If you plan on bringing your own boat and using the slips, please let us know so we can send directions and ensure that your boat will fit. The dock also includes a fridge for your enjoyment.
For our furry guests, we've installed a fully fenced area on the side of the house, measuring 98 feet by 107 feet square, ensuring a safe and fun space for your dogs to play.
Additionally, we have installed an RV parking spot for your convenience. Please refer to the listing picture for the RV parking space location. The RV pad dimensions are 13x50 feet, accommodating a maximum RV length of 50 feet. A 30AMP electrical plug-in is also available as well as sewer connection.
You may also charge your Electric Vehicle off the 30AMP RV receptacle. Please note that you will more than likely need some sort of 30AMP plug adapter. Please see photos to reference the receptacle.
Other amenities provided for your comfort include high-speed Wi-Fi, Starlink Wi-Fi on the dock, central air conditioning, heating, a small commercial ice maker, garage freezer, and a washer and dryer. The bunk room is equipped with a 42" TV with an Apple TV device only. This home also features a full house backup generator that will automatically turn on after 9 seconds of no power and turn off when power is restored.

Small commercial ice maker is located in the laundry room for filling coolers, etc. If you intend on using the ice machine, please turn on at the beginning of your stay and turn off before you leave.
There is a freezer located in the garage that guests are able to use and store ice/food perishables in as well. Please clean out freezer before you leave.
There are three TVs; one in the main room with Apple TV Device only, Bunk room has a TV with Apple TV Device only, and the TV on the back patio has a TV with Apple TV Device only.
Watering schedule for the property is from 12 midnight to 5am.
