Note: After you book this home, you will be required to sign a brief Good Neighbor Contract. This is a requirement of City of South Lake Tahoe (this is based on the City's legal requirements to rent a VHR). The contract will state that you agree to follow all Vacation Home Rental Ordinances. Failure to sign this contract in a timely manner will cause your booking to be canceled, and you will be charged a cancellation fee based on our advertised cancellation fee, based on the time of cancellation.

* This home sits in a quiet (mostly residential) neighborhood and therefore extra consideration should be made to keep the noise down.
* This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products and 1 large towel and wash cloth per guest. This should be adequate for a group staying for several days. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival if your stay is longer than a few days.
* We have a strict no party policy, the registered guest will need to be 25+, excessive use of the property/ extra cleaning required/ failure to follow checkout procedures/ breach of rental agreement will result in steep additional charges and possible eviction.
